  • We specialize in supporting women-owned, BIPOC-owned, and LGBTQ+ small businesses, but we welcome entrepreneurs from all backgrounds.

  • Booking is simple. To get started, you’ll complete one of our short forms so we can learn about your needs:

    • Inquiry Form – Best if you’re just exploring or not sure which service fits. We’ll follow up by email to discuss your goals and next steps.

    • Custom Project Form – Perfect if you already know what you need (such as a website, logo, or social media package). After you submit the form, we’ll prepare a personalized service proposal for you.

    Once you’ve reviewed and approved the proposal, a deposit is required to reserve your project:

    • 50% deposit for large projects (websites, full branding, etc.)

    • 100% upfront for smaller projects under $250

    This way, you’ll always know what to expect before we officially begin your project.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your project. For large projects such as websites, Shopify, or full branding packages, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion before the project is delivered. For smaller projects under $250, full payment is required upfront. This helps us secure your spot in our schedule and ensures we can dedicate the right time and resources to your project.

  • The consultation is our chance to connect and talk through your vision in detail. We’ll review the information you shared in your form, ask clarifying questions about your goals, and discuss which services or packages are the best fit. It’s also your opportunity to ask questions and make sure you feel confident about next steps. After the consultation, we’ll send a tailored service proposal that outlines deliverables, pricing, and timelines so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

  • Once you’ve approved your service proposal and the required deposit or payment is received, we’ll confirm your place in our schedule. Project start dates depend on current availability, but we’ll give you an estimated timeline up front so you know when work will begin. Most projects start within 1–2 weeks of booking, unless otherwise discussed. You’ll always get a confirmation email with your official start date and next steps.

  • Absolutely! While we offer set packages for common needs, we know every business is unique. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, you can submit a Custom Project Form and outline your goals. We’ll review your request and create a tailored service proposal just for you. This way, you only pay for the services you actually need, and we can design a package that fits your business best.

  • No problem! Each package includes a set amount of content to keep things clear and affordable, but additional content can always be added. If you find you need extra graphics, pages, or posts beyond your package, we’ll create a custom add-on or adjust your proposal so you get exactly what you need without having to start over.

  • Yes! We don’t just hand off your project and disappear. After your project is complete, we offer ongoing support options such as monthly content creation, website maintenance, and social media management. If you’d like continued help keeping your brand consistent and growing online, we can build a support plan that fits your budget and goals.
