Studio Hill Media Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Studio Hill Media provides creative and strategic digital marketing services tailored to entrepreneurs and businesses needs. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, planning, and digital deliverables, we maintain the following refund policy to protect both our clients and our business.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for the following services are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been sent:
Brand strategy and identity development
Website design and development
Social media content creation
Email marketing and automation
Paid advertising campaigns
Consulting or strategy sessions
2. Upfront Payments & Deposits
A deposit or full upfront payment may be required before a project begins. This secures your project in our schedule and covers prep time. Deposits are non-refundable unless the project is canceled by Studio Hill Media.
If you cancel before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus a 10–20% administrative fee.
3. Monthly & Retainer Services
All monthly service packages (e.g., social media management, ongoing SEO, email campaigns) are billed in advance. These payments are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
To cancel ongoing services:
You must provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Cancellations after this period will take effect the following month.
4. Client Satisfaction & Revisions
We aim to meet your expectations through clear communication and collaborative reviews. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable:
Reasonable revisions will be made within the scope of the original project.
Refunds are not issued due to subjective preferences, as long as the agreed scope has been delivered.
5. Project Abandonment
If a client fails to provide necessary content, approvals, or communication for 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned. In this case:
No refunds will be issued.
A restart fee may apply to resume work.
6. Force Majeure / Cancellation by Studio Hill Media
If Studio Hill Media must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster), you will receive a full or prorated refund for any work not completed.
